With personalised Nutrition and Health Coaching packages developed around your key areas, I’m available for private mentoring sessions from 2 – 8 weeks and beyond. I’m confident we can work through a range of sustainable lifestyle modifications together with the end result being a renewed approach to your health and long-term goals.

I have developed these packages to cover varying time frames dependent on your desired outcome. 

These packages are a cost-effective way to establish an effective plan and work together in reaching your goals. The longer the time frame the more we are able to dedicate to unearthing what makes you tick while formulating strategies to assist in overcoming barriers. (see package suggestions below)


Personal food audits via photo/lists or on location.  I will assess your fridge/freezer/pantry and suggest healthier options plus additional items so you’re creating your own healthy recipes in no time while cleaning up your eating habits.



I’m here to hold your hand through your wellness journey so if there is any time you feel like a follow up consult or just want someone to bounce ideas off then these consults are available. After we finish a program it can be reassuring to know I am here and for this reason, I offer a monthly service with unlimited emails and 1 x 60 min phone call to give you the confidence to go on your own.

Together we can plan a workout program with goals that suit you and your lifestyle while devising strategies to overcome hurdles that have stood in your way in the past.  Warning – this may cause an addiction to exercise!

Setting a new benchmark, health coaching takes a non-diet approach and tackles stubborn and unwanted habits head-on through confidence building and mental awareness techniques.

Without strategies to help overcome these habits, often we resort to crazy fad diets and unrealistic fitness programs that only act as a short-term solution and leave us lacking the confidence to try again.

This session may also include a gentle beach workout to help kick-start the fitness fire!

As a Nutrition and Health Coach, former world Ironwoman champion and mother of two, I’m passionate about ensuring everyone has the knowledge and education to live their optimal life. Not only as an ambassador for the Gold Coast Active and Healthy Program, I deliver group workshops, support individuals through health mentoring, plus corporates and schools in their quest to promote wellbeing for students and staff.

Staff wellbeing days are designed to be presented and facilitated in-house, with a focus on empowering staff to steer themselves on a  journey toward better health. Projected outcomes include

  • Increased health = productivity

Examples of discussed topics: the importance of self-care, mental wellbeing, stress management, challenging current mindsets—habits– recognizing resistance to change, nutrition—what constitutes healthy eating (with healthy snack/meal cooking demonstrations/ taste testing’s) – how to read food labels, shop wisely.

How to overcome unhealthy habits by recognizing urges and reactions. Breaking current life scripts (neuroplasticity) by making positive life changes at home and at work.

Questions relating to each discussion will form each individual’s blueprint and goals/focus to move forward with. Presented in a light mannered way to engage and possibly win over the less inclined
